The Oceanhouse condos are the newest condos in Ocean Village. Built when they developed the Southpointe section which features single family homes, golf lodges and 3 direct oceanfront condos. The Oceanhouse condos consist of 3 buildings with four floors and 6 units per floor. There are three different floorplans consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom units. The community is a manned gate and offers golf and tennis facilities as well.

The Jetty has two restaurants as well as a long sidewalk that runs along the Inlet where you can walk or just sit and enjoy the boats go by. The Inlet also offers a large sandy beach that is a great spot to sit and enjoy the sunny days. Bring your paddle board or kayak and enjoy some water activities.
