Direct Flights  New York to Vero Beach

Remember back in the late 70’s at Palm Beach Airport when they would bring the stairs out to the plane and you would leave the plane down the stairs. Well we are finally seeing the same in Vero Beach from Elite Airways. I hope to see this continue and steadily grow as it is a big plus for real estate in Vero Beach and Hutchinson Island. The biggest complaint I receive from customers looking to go to Hutchinson Island or Vero Beach is the distance to the major airports such as West Palm or Orlando.

Elite Airways has started two flights per week from New York to Vero Beach. On Thursday and Sundays you can fly direct from Vero  Beach to New York or vice versa. The plane ride takes just about 2 hours and from Vero to Hutchinson Island you are just about a 30 minute ride.

Hutchinson Island real estate will definitely benefit from this new service. I’m hoping to see more people use this Vero airport and hopefully it will run year round. But lets crawl before we walk.

Hutchinson Island offers an array of different condos and single family homes here on the Island. I continue to see  more demand as prices down South in Palm Beach County escalate to near 2006 levels.
