The new Square Grouper is coming along up here on Hutchinson Island. The original Square Grouper from Jupiter has been hard at work getting the new site ready for season. Located on the Fort Pierce Inlet which is a wide expanse of beautiful blue water. The new attraction is at the Jetty and will be a much needed addition to the other restaurants and bars on the waterway.
I haven’t been inside but will be getting some new photos from the Inlet walkway that runs along the water. This is great news as local hot spots from Jupiter expand North here to Hutchinson Island. If you’re ever in Jupiter you must stop at the Square Grouper. It’s a fun place to hang out and I’m sure the Square Grouper on Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce will be just as much fun. It’s like being in the Keys.
Hutchinson Island Condos
You will find some great Hutchinson Island oceanfront condos or waterfront condos just minutes away from the Fort Pierce Inlet which features several other waterfront restaurants. Harbour Isle in Fort Pierce is a large waterfront complex built in 2004 that features 2,000 sq. ft condos with 10ft ceilings and impact windows. The gated community of Harbour Isle features a resort pool, tennis courts and clubhouse with a fitness center.
Ocean Village Fort Pierce
Located on the beach Ocean Village features 3000 ft of unspoiled oceanfront with condos from just over $100,000 to single family homes. The community of Ocean Village has a home for just about every budget and taste. The Ocean House condos are three direct oceanfront properties on Fort Pierce beach. The condo is just 4 stories and features 2 & 3 bedroom ocean condos. Underground garage parking and a private pool. Maybe a small 1 bedroom condo overlooking the golf course for inexpensive weekend get a-ways or seasonal vacations.
