As season progresses we continue to see low inventory of oceanfront condos here on Hutchinson Island. There continues to be strong buyer demand for oceanfront condos here on Hutchinson Island. Most of the condos on Hutchinson Island were built in the 80’s with very few condos built much after the early 90’s. So finding a new luxury condo building with 9ft ceilings will be difficult.
