Ocean Village Fort Pierce
The two largest communities on Hutchinson Island are Ocean Village and Harbour Isle. Ocean Village dates back to the early 80’s and is a gated oceanfront community of 1,200 plus residences from 1 bedroom condos to single family home in Southpointe. Southpointe is the newest section in Ocean Village and features 3 oceanfront condos, Golf Lodges which are 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses and single family homes. All built in 2002 or later which offer features such as CBS construction, 9ft ceilings in the condos and 1 car garages in the townhouses. Sitting on the South side of the community you are the exclusive section in Ocean Village. The other sections of the community feature many 1 bedroom condos that are 600+ sq. ft and a few 2 bedroom condos that are about 1,000 sq. ft. The community features golf, tennis and several pools. A few of the condos have their own private pools. With 3,000 ft of beach frontage you never worry about a crowded beach here.
Harbour Isle Fort Pierce
Built in 2004/5 Harbour Isle has 32 buildings with 24 condos per building. Built by Divosta the 2,000 sq. ft condos are 2bd/2ba with a Florida room. Features include 10ft ceilings, granite counters and impact windows and sliders. They feature a large storage room as well as a nice size laundry room. The community has an East and West side with a guard gate to enter each section of the community. The community features a beautiful clubhouse and pool with a large well equipped fitness center. Gas grilles at the pool and around the complex. A garage can be purchased and they have tennis courts, a dog run and a marina on site. Just across the street you will find a sandy beach that sits on the Inlet waters and is a popular weekend spot. Just outside the gate you will find a nice waterfront restaurant as well.
