The community of Ocean Harbour sits West of the beach road on North Hutchinson Island and features 5 condo buildings built from 1980 to 1995. The community features a private marina with boat docks sitting on the river. The community is surrounded by parks and preserve land. The condos are all 8 stories with 6 condos per floor with the corner units having wrap around balconies. The condos feature a small club room with a few pieces of fitness equipment as well as a community pool and two tennis courts. Walk across the street and you have a quiet beach that is nearly private. Some of the condos come with outside garages while others offer carports or open parking. The newest building is the 5167 which is the largest condo in the community of Ocean Harbour.
Two condos face the ocean and two condos face the river with one condo sitting between the four buildings. Being they are early 1980’s condos they feature 2bd/2ba with just under 1,100 sq. ft and just over 1,200 sq. ft for the newest building. They feature a stackable washer/dryer in the water heater/A/C closet. The master bedroom has a small elevated window and the living area features a three pane slider that opens to a small porch. The condos of Ocean Harbour make great beach winter homes but are a bit small for a full time residence. The kitchen is limited in cabinet space but they are very affordable starting in the low $200,000 range.
