Located at the South end of Hutchinson Island the community of Indian River Plantation sprawls from ocean to river. The community features a Marriot hotel and resort on site including golf, tennis and boating. You will find an array of various condos on the property. Just to the South you will find Sailfish Point a premier country club community.
The other day I showed the Ocean House which is a direct oceanfront condo featuring just 4 stories with a North and South section. There are 80 oceanfront condos in this community with a pool area in the center of the community near the beach walk over. They have garage parking for each condo. The best part of this Hutchinson Island oceanfront condo is they are large pet friendly for two dogs.

The oceanfront condo sits on the sand of Hutchinson Island and feature 2bd/ 2 ba with about 1,340 sq. ft of living space. The top floor condos feature a vaulted ceiling in the living room which gives even a greater expanse of space to the condos. The kitchens can be rearranged to open up the kitchen into the living area for even more space. Built in 1991 they feature 8ft ceilings. The West side of the condos overlook the Indian River Plantation golf course and other IRP condos. The nice part about the community is there is plenty of green space and areas to walk. You also have a beautiful nearly private beach and plenty of amenities on site. The Ocean House at Indian River Plantation is one of my favorite Hutchinson Island condos.
