Started in 1973 with the very first building, the Capstan (300) condo which faces the ocean near the North end of the property. The community features a Par 3 – 9 hole executive golf course which is a great tune-up for your golf game and always fun and challenging. Don’t forget to bring your clubs or you can rent them at the Ocean Village clubhouse. The newest oceanfront condos are Oceanhouse in the SouthPointe section are the best values in Ocean Village. The other clusters in SouthPointe include the Golf Lodges which are 2 and 3bd units with a one car garage. The upstairs units are 3 bd while the downstairs units are 2bd and about 2,000 sq. ft. Hutchinson Island Beach Homes are also available in this section and are quite popular with the two car garages. SouthPointe is the newest section in Ocean Village and a favorite of mine as it is the quiet section of the community and less densely populated.
