Ocean Village Hutchinson Island

Season is back here in Ocean Village on Hutchinson Island. Many of you may not be familiar with this oceanfront community. This is one of the largest oceanfront communities on Hutchinson Island. With 3000 feet of unspoiled beach you will find this community offers it all. With several different villages there are condos from just over 600 sq. ft to about 2,000 sq. ft. You will also find a variety of different styles and ages in the community. The newest Ocean Village section is Southpointe which has oceanfront condos, single family beach homes and golf lodges which are 2 and 3 bedroom condos with garages. The Oceanhouse condos are 3 buildings that sit right on the ocean. The 3 buildings have 24 condos in each building totaling 76 condos. Built in 2003 they feature 9 ft ceilings and underground garages. They have 2 and 3 bedroom condos with large balconies suitable for table and chairs. Amenities of Ocean Village

The community of Ocean Village features a 24 hour manned gate as well as a roving security patrol. The community features a 9 hole golf course as well as several tennis courts with a tennis shop and tennis pro on site. The main clubhouse features a large club pool with spa. They also feature a restaurant and Tiki bar on site. Several communities have their own private pools but you have the  main club pool as an option. Inside the clubhouse we also have a small fitness center and library. Best of all is the 3000 ft of unspoiled beach. To the South of our beach is several miles of unspoiled beach as well.
