With season here at Ocean Village you may want to pickup a copy of the Ocean Village Seaword newspaper which features events and happenings here in Ocean Village. Last month they had a community wide BBQ at the Live Oak Grove. The Inn at Ocean Village will start Sunday Brunch beginning January 4, 2015 for just $13.95 per person. It goes from 11am to 2pm. Don’t forget the Tiki Bar is open and you must wear your wristband to be served.

With the courts all prepared for the new tennis season. Golf is just $4 per 9 holes and daily tennis is $4 per play. So far this year 73 properties have sold in Ocean Village this year and prices are up for 2014. Condo prices continue to rise as demand continues to be strong. With limited inventory on the market we should continue to see strong sales and prices continue to rise. Demand for ocean condos should remain the strongest as very few oceanfront properties are available for sale. In Oceanhouse we have only a few condos for sale and asking prices are way up. I’m looking forward to seeing what they actually sell for vs the asking prices.
Ocean Village Recreation Calender
Monday is Pilates in the Aruba Center at 8am. I’m looking forward to trying it this week. Friday is Yoga in the Aruba Center at 845. Water Aerobics is daily at 9am at the main pool. Bridge , Poker and Mahjong are also scheduled each week. Check out the daily Recreation Calender for upcoming events.
