Of course the reason your living at the beach is the ocean and the Ocean House is my favorite direct oceanfront condo. Here you will find a 4 story condo with garage parking and pet friendly for large dogs. The Ocean House features a large patio which has plenty of room for a table of 4 and room to spare. Enjoy watching the sunrise in these Hutchinson Island oceanfront condos. After a long day relax and enjoy a cocktail on the patio while thinking about your day. Ocean Village offer 24 hour manned gate plus 3000 ft of oceanfront beach. We have a 9 hole golf course as well as numerous tennis courts and a resident tennis pro. Don’t forget to visit the main clubhouse pool which features a Tiki bar, bocce courts, fitness center and club room. You may want to visit our onsite restaurant as well instead of cooking at home.
